Location: Salisbury North Carolina
Employment Type: FullTime Permanent

Position Summary:
We are seeking a boardcertified or boardeligiblePrimary Care Physician to join a wellestablished outpatient practice located in Salisbury NC. This fulltime position offers an excellent opportunity to provide highquality patientcentered care within a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to evidencebased medicine care continuity and longterm patient relationships.
Deliver comprehensive primary care services to an adult and/or family population
Manage acute and chronic conditions through a coordinated care model
Emphasize preventive care routine screenings and health education
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team including nursing and administrative support
Maintain accurate timely documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Participate in clinical quality initiatives and adhere to practice and regulatory guidelines
Call is minimal and shared among providers;
Flexibility available and will be discussed during the interview process
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to teambased care
Prior outpatient experience preferred
