Responsible for the daily operations of the Housekeeping department. Ensure that the cleanliness of specified areas is maintained in accordance with company and/or departmental standards. Manage staff and ensure practices and procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three (3) years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations preferred.
Must be knowledgeable in the latest cleaning techniques associated chemicals and equipment and OSHA and safety programs.
Must be computer literate and able to effectively utilize the companys LMS system as well as Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Must have excellent organizational communication and customer relations skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
