The Client Services Manager (CSM) will be responsible for maintaining existing business with current clients growing existing business relationships and assisting with the onboarding of new clients. In addition they will be responsible for collaborating with different departments within the company as well as with agencies in the community to both improve client support programs and enhance client satisfaction. The client service manager will be responsible for coordinating the preemployment process. These duties will include but not be limited to enrolling the incoming employees into new systems and assisting them with the completion of both their HR and education requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop open and effective channels of communication and become a reliable point of contact for every client/family
- Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective employees throughout the onboarding process.
- Communicates and escalates all client and field staff issues to management in accordance with A Circle of Care Colorado policies.
- Completion of annual employee assessments.
- Assists management by maintaining extensive knowledge on the operations of the nurses in the field. Assisting nurses with supervisory visits through both:
Inhome visits
Telemedicine visits - Communicates expectations related to scheduling to both client and their families.
- Enters and maintains schedules for each client and employee
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of Medicaid A Circle of Care Colorado specific software systems internal processes policies and procedures.
- Supports and executes the mission ethics and goals of the company effectively.
Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the office and in the community.
Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
Reports on time and as scheduled in order to complete their work within the designated time.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook Employee Agreement or as communicated from executive team.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field preferred
- 3 years experience in customer service role preferred
- 1 years experience in management position preferred
- Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to Pass Background Check
