As a Concierge at The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor youll be at the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences. With a passion for hospitality youll provide personalized proactive service to ensure every guests stay is extraordinary. Whether its offering curated recommendations on Istanbuls best dining attractions or crafting bespoke itineraries youll be a key part of making every moment special for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional personalized service to guests ensuring every interaction is memorable and tailored to their needs.
Provide expert knowledge of Istanbuls dining entertainment and cultural scene to craft unique customized itineraries.
Manage guest inquiries and requests promptly offering seamless solutions to enhance their stay.
Collaborate with the concierge team and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Assist with guest arrivals departures and transportation needs ensuring a flawless experience.
Maintain the presentation of the concierge desk and surrounding areas ensuring it reflects the hotels luxury standards.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Stay updated on local events services and attractions to provide accurate and insightful recommendations.
Foster a welcoming positive atmosphere in the hotel by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
Qualifications :
Proven international experience in a concierge role ideally within a large highend fastpaced luxury hospitality setting.
Exceptional guest service skills with a polished presentation and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A guestfocused mindset energetic personality and a genuine passion for delivering toptier service and assisting guests with their needs.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages such as Russian Arabic German or French is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities seamlessly.
Flexible availability and capacity to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the MS Office suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
Physical stamina to remain on your feet and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Familiarity with Opera software and Front Office systems is a plus.
Proven experience in a global work environment with a demonstrated ability to adapt to and work effectively with diverse cultures.
