Communications Manager
This position is responsible for shaping and executing our resorts internal and external communications strategies. The Communications Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing working closely with the marketing team to ensure the successful delivery of communication goals.
- Create and execute strategies to enhance the resorts image and presence in the Middle East.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers; manage press releases and other communication materials.
- Oversee social media and digital content to engage target audiences and align with the brands luxury image.
- Ensure effective communication within the team promoting brand values and delivering exceptional service.
- Coordinate media events and brand activations to raise awareness and engagement.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain the resorts leadership in the market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or public relations with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry preferably in the Middle East region.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
