Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Planning and Project Controls Consultant to support the successful delivery of complex projects by providing expertlevel planning scheduling cost control and risk management services. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers engineers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop update and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

  • Define and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and ensure alignment with cost and resource plans.

  • Monitor project progress and performance generating reports and dashboards (e.g. Scurves earned value analysis KPIs).

  • Track and control project costs perform variance analysis and support cost forecasting.

  • Support risk management activities including schedule and cost risk analysis.

  • Assess impact of changes manage baseline revisions and support claims preparation.

  • Facilitate regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement and construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related discipline.

  • 310 years of experience in planning and project controls on largescale projects.

  • Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6 MS Project) and analytical tools (Excel Power BI).

  • Strong understanding of project management processes cost control and risk management.

  • Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Relevant certifications (preferred): PMP PMISP AACE CCP or PSP PRINCE2.
