Job Description
THE ROLE
Were looking for a dynamic Senior Analyst that can support our leads across CSM KYC Fincrime and Payment Operations to drive operational efficiency and scalability of Wise Platform.
This is a newly created role that will allow you to have a big impact from day one! You will be working closely with Servicing & Operations leads to help shape the priorities of their teams building conviction through your insights and analysis.
ABOUT WISE PLATFORM
Wise Platform helps banks and software companies leverage Wises infrastructure to offer their customers worldclass payments products through their own channels. Our partners make up some of the worlds biggest banks and platforms such as Monzo Morgan Stanley Nubank and Google. Its one of the newest and growing areas of Wise! Were a highly crossfunctional team. You will work closely with colleagues from commercial delivery product engineering operations finance and more.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
You will support our operational forecasting and capacity planning. By developing an intricate understanding of partners and the factors which drive operational workload your work will ensure were adequately resourced and provide a bestinclass experience.
You will collaborate with operational teams to understand their processes build operational health scores and define metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive decisionmaking.
Your analysis will reduce friction throughout our customers lifecycle. You will work with product and ops teams to ensure we can onboard customers seamlessly and reduce touch points throughout the transfer lifecycle.
WHAT YOULL BRING
You have a strong track record of partnering with operational teams and delivering actionable insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency.
You are an excellent communicator able to form your own opinions and effectively articulate them to win colleagues round to your way of thinking.
You are solutionoriented and able to own projects from start to finish. You are comfortable motivating stakeholders across Wise and negotiating timelines to unblock yourself and make things happen!
You are commercially minded. You are comfortable with opportunity sizing have solid experience forecasting and scenario modelling.
Youre an expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life tell a story and have diagnostic power even better if youve got experience doing this in Looker/Superset.
You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake dbt Git Airflow and Python (all analysts at Wise are expected to be fullstack and should be comfortable owning analytics from ingestion to insights).
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Experience working with payments or transaction data.
Experience working with sales data in Salesforce or similar and/or contacts data in tools like Zendesk or Twilio.
Experience using other coding languages such as javascript (think Google Apps Script automations) but by no means needed.
PROCESS
1) Screening call with recruiter 30 mins
2) Take home Case Study 7 days to submit
3) Technical Interview 1.5 hours
4) Stakeholder Interview 1 hour
5) Final Interview 1 hour
