Yardman

Working hours 22.5 hours per week Monday Wednesday & Friday 7am to 3pm (8am to 4pm during training)

• Ensure all yard areas are kept tidy free of hazards and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with drivers warehouse staff and management to coordinate operations.
• Perform basic maintenance on yard equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with site managers or warehouse supervisors to prioritise daily yard tasks.
• General movement of pallets containing customer samples and company equipment.
• Managing the disposal system being able to use our software to locate samples ready for disposal.
• Use initiative to improve the yard area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure business compliance with Quality Management System (QMC) and technical procedures in accordance with IEC/ISO 17025 MCERTS and all other associated documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Health & Safety Environmental (ISO 14001) regulations and inhouse procedures as required by the organisation.
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations
