The Pilgrimage Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution and extraordinary experience of our international pilgrimages. This entrylevel position requires a highly organized detailoriented individual who can effectively liaise with our tour operator 206 Tours provide exceptional customer service and ensure all critical tasks are completed with precision. This role demands international travel and a commitment to delivering worldclass pilgrimage experiences for hundreds of participants annually.

Key Responsibilities
Tour Operator Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between Dynamic Catholic and 206 Tours ensuring contractual obligations are met and Dynamic Catholics interests are upheld.
Provide boots on the ground support to 206 Tours during pilgrimages ensuring a smooth and excellent experience for pilgrims.
Monitor and address any issues that may arise during the pilgrimage ensuring timely resolution.
Pilgrim Support:
Provide light customer service support to pilgrims addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Act as a resource for pilgrims ensuring they have a positive and enriching experience.
Operational Excellence:
Execute pilgrimage checklists and critical tasks accurately and within established timelines.
Ensure all logistical and administrative aspects of the pilgrimage are handled efficiently.
Maintain a lowmaintenance cyclical process that minimizes disruptions to the ministry.
Priest Recruitment and Training:
Recruit priests to provide spiritual support and leadership during pilgrimages.
Train internal staff who will be assisting with international pilgrimages ensuring they are wellprepared for travel and responsibilities.
International Travel:
Travel internationally for all scheduled pilgrimages providing onsite support and coordination.
Be available and flexible to travel according to the pilgrimage schedule.

Holy Land (February & December)
Camino (May & September)
Marian Locations (August)
Greece (October)
Italy (November)
Other Duties:
Perform any tasks needed to ensure the pilgrimage experience is excellent within the scope of the role.
This role is focused on the execution of the pilgrimages and does not include vision or strategy.
