Tumbler & Degreaser

2nd shift (3:30 PM 12:00 AM) with training for 34 months on 1st (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) Monday thru Friday $20/hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Tumbler & Degreaser to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with machine operation demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Timely tumbling degreasing cleaning and deslugging of parts to specifications.

Cleaning filling and maintenance of solutions equipment and tanks including minor lubrication.

Follow existing tumbling procedures while looking for improvement opportunities to develop new processes.

Inventory supplies and inform supervisor as needed.

Efficient processing of multiple jobs and priorities by due dates and dispatch reports.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to interpret drawings follow routers use shop math and use handheld measuring tools (Calipers Micrometers).

Understand tolerances such as / .005.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with general machine operation.

Education:

High school or equivalent (preferred)
