Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Portland OR
Pay: $22.00 $24.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: FullTime MonFri Day Shift (7:304:30 or 8:004:30)

What Youll Do:
Primary Responsibilities Accounts Payable:
Process and respond to vendor invoices utility payments and expense reimbursements
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of expenditures
Ensure timely payments and compliance with company policies
Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
Secondary Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Support:
Prepare and send customer invoices
Post and reconcile incoming payments
Maintain accurate customer account records
Assist with collections and reporting on pastdue accounts
Analyzing financial records for accuracy
What Were Looking For:
2 years of highvolume Accounts Payable experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and QuickBooks Online
Experience with general ledger accounting is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Team player with a problemsolving mindset and attention to detail
Reliable motivated and committed to workplace safety
