The Selling Partner Support team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to build and manage mechanisms that drive collaboration and partnerships across Amazon teams and collectively improve the seller support experience.
As a Sr. Program Manager you will be responsible for developing mechanisms that force multiply how SP Support partners with other Amazon teams to continuously improve the support experience. Your work will involve a blend of change management program management PMO and voice of the customer. You will collaborate with business operations training product and software development teams both inside and outside Selling Partner Support. You will own the shared roadmap of changes across a vertical of Amazon business teams and provide regular program updates to senior management. You will also help the team continuously improve how we collaborate across our broad and diverse set of partner teams within Amazon leveraging mechanisms and tools to improve visibility and delivery of changes.

7 years of program or project management experience
7 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
6 years of delivering cross functional projects experience
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
3 years of regulatory and risk management experience
5 years of managing stakeholders in crossfunctional project experience
5 years of owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
