Do you have a passion for numbers organization and community impact Acelero Inc. is seeking a detailoriented and missiondriven Finance Coordinator to support the financial operations of our South Carolina delegate. In this vital role youll work crossfunctionally with our Support Center Finance and Shared Services teams to ensure efficient accurate and compliant financial processes that support highquality Head Start programming.

Your Role:
As the Finance Coordinator youll ensure the smooth daytoday processing of financial transactions vendor management credit card reconciliation tax coordination and reporting for the South Carolina program. Youll serve as the goto person for vendor communication internal financial inquiries and compliance documentationplaying a critical role in the fiscal health of our early learning programs.
What Youll Do:
Process and reconcile credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely invoice submissions and vendor payments
Maintain and code financial documentation for general ledger accuracy and fund allocation
Support payroll tax filing and employee benefits reporting in collaboration with Support Center teams
Assist with financial audits reporting and logistics for financerelated meetings
Respond to vendor inquiries manage petty cash and coordinate office financial operation
What You Bring:
Associates degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field required; Bachelors preferred
At least 2 years of experience in financial administration preferably in nonprofit or education settings
Familiarity with vendor management invoice processing and financial software systems (e.g. NetSuite)
Exceptional attention to detail time management and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel; experience with Certify or AP systems a plus

How Much: This position pays $62624 annually
