Key Responsibilities- Sales & Client Growth: Cultivate and expand a book of business through targeted prospecting strategic networking and ongoing account nurturing.
- Product Expertise & Field Work: Conduct site visits perform field measurements present solutions and close sales with confidence and accuracy.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain hightouch communication and service throughout the sales and installation process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and engage potential clients through research and outbound efforts
- Follow up on internal leads and foster longterm client relationships
- Create accurate estimates and proposals tailored to client needs
- Generate and input sales orders
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and timeliness
- Proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven outside sales experience in windows millwork or specialty building materials
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of building material applications
- Ability to read blueprints and produce material takeoffs
- Proficient in math measurements and quoting solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and exceed expectations
- Valid drivers license
- Successful completion of preemployment drug screening and background check
