Are you an experienced marketing professional with a deep understanding of the agrochemical industry Do you excel in portfolio management and have a passion for driving market growth
FMC a global leader in agricultural solutions is seeking a Portfolio Marketing Manager in Poland to drive marketing strategies and product launches across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans for FMCs agrochemical products.
- Coordinate and lead product launches conferences and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with sales product management and customer experience teams.
- Create messaging frameworks and value propositions to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to meet sales goals.
What Were Looking For
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the agrochemical industry with a focus on marketing or portfolio management.
- Degree in agriculture biological sciences or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English and proven success in executing marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of the agrochemical market and crop protection.
