About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced handson Product Manager to step in and drive key initiatives for a 5month period as part of our Digital Execution team. In this role youll take ownership of product delivery and help shape usercentric valuedriven solutions within our enterprise ecosystem.
What youll be doing:
- Own and execute the product roadmap for our constructionsite software ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and other products to deliver digital solutions that meet endtoend business needs.
- Translate user and business requirements into clear product features stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage prioritization sprint planning and delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business units to ensure transparency and buyin.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and iteration.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital transformation or enterprise software environments construction tech background is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery processes.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simplified processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A userfirst mindset with attention to both detail and strategic impact.
- Comfortable working independently and stepping into an existing team structure midflight.
- Both English and German is a must.
