Team Support Projektmanagement (m/w/d) Untersttzung des Projekt Management Teams von FC Bayern Tours
Deine Aufgaben
- bernahme von allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben im Team
- ProaktiveMitgestaltung/Organisationdes Assistenzbereichs sowie der Broorganisation
- bernahme von AssistenzAufgaben fr die Leitung Sportreisen
- Pflege des Kunden &Dienstleisternetzwerkes(national & international)
- Untersttzung der Projektleiter bei der Planung Organisation und Durchfhrung aller Projekte und Events im Bereich Sportreisen und Events
- Recherche und Angebotseinholung und Aufbereitung zur weiteren Bearbeitung
- Zusammenarbeit im Team bei allen Marketingmanahmen (Newsletter Social Media Print)
Das zeichnet dich aus
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL oder Tourismusstudium oder gleichwertige kaufmnnische Ausbildung
- Idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich (Team)Assistenz
- Strukturierte eigenstndige und zuverlssige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent und Flexibilitt im Arbeitsalltag
- Hohe Service/Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Professionelles offenes und freundliches Auftreten
- Sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie im Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook Excel Word und Powerpoint)
- Absolute Vertrauenswrdigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
