Job Description
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering impactful multidepartmental IT projects Do you thrive in a role where you can drive business value and ensure project success If so were looking for you to join our team as aSenior Project Manager IT!
What Youll Do:
- Project Leadership:Own and drive the successful outcomes of multiple midtolargesized crossdepartmental IT projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business goals.
- Strategic Planning:Play an active role in annual roadmap planning leveraging prior project experience to inform resource planning and project prioritization.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Align resources manage dependencies and ensure stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management:Identify document and mitigate risks and issues ensuring timely resolutions to keep projects on track.
- Team Coordination:Synchronize team efforts ensuring all members are aware of their tasks timelines and deliverables.
- Change Management:Effectively manage changes to project scope timelines and resources leveraging appropriate change management processes.
- Vision Alignment:Ensure all teams and stakeholders share a common vision of the projects goals and how to achieve them.
What Youll Bring:
- 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Software Development Project Manager
- A track record of successfully leading complex IT projects and delivering desired business outcomes.
- Strong ability to work with SMEs senior leaders and stakeholders across departments.
- Expertise in aligning resources managing dependencies and ensuring project priorities are clear.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and SDLC and tools like Smartsheet Jira or similar.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications are a plus but not required.
