About the Role
Charlie Health is looking to add a highly motivated operationally savvy and datadriven Care Strategy Analyst to its growing team. The Care Strategy Analyst will use data analysis problemsolving project management and a strategic mindset to assist in the ideation and execution of some of the companys most important initiatives. This is a true crossfunctional role with exposure across the Clinical Engineering & Product Talent and Growth teams. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain forecasting models to inform clinical hiring decisions
- Condense clinical data into digestible overviews and insights for various stakeholders
- Monitor clinical data and devise datadriven strategies to optimize our care in the context of Charlie Healths goals
- Create and implement operational process improvements to drive increased efficiency satisfaction and outcomes for both our clients and care team
- Identify and operationalize new technologies that enhance the clinical delivery process
- Support crossfunctional projects driving important goals of the business coordinating internal team members and resources
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or similar analytical subject area
- 12 years of experience in a dataheavy work environment (e.g. finance consulting etc.)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to use data to drive strategy and decisionmaking
- Ability to energize communicate and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth startup environment
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes commuting distance of the office

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $66000and $93000per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation this role offers a target performancebased bonus. The target total cash compensation range including potential bonus will be between $73000 and $102000 per year. Please note pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location experience expertise internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. Further cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may include stock options and other Charlie Healthsponsored benefits. #LI
