Description
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to operate mower trimmers snow blowers vacuums power washers and all gardening tools.
- Ability to learn and comply with the laws and regulations affecting the casino and racing industry.
- Excellent customer and employee relations skills
- Verbal communications skills.
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to operate company equipment and vehicles
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to work in climates for all seasons to include heat over 100F and to include temperatures below 30 FMust be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
MISCELLANEOUS:
- Read write and understand complex instructions and appropriately complete all necessary documentation.
- Effective communication skills.
- High School Diploma required
- Must be 19 years of age or older to work in the Casino.
