Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the health care industry Rock Valley Physical Therapy is currently seeking a fulltime Front Office team member to join our team in Cedar Rapids IA. As a Front Office team member you will provide exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish.

As a new team member in the Front Office position at Rock Valley Physical Therapy in Cedar Rapids you can expect to have a diverse range of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic. Your daytoday tasks will include greeting and checking in patients scheduling appointments verifying insurance information answering phone calls and more. In this role you will work daytime hours Monday through Friday.
You can expect a fastpaced environment where multitasking and exceptional organizational skills are key. Your attention to detail will be crucial in accurately collecting patient information and effectively managing the front desk area.
