Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst based out of Dallas TX. The successful candidate will support procurement activities for aftermarket goods and services in a fastpaced environment while learning new skills solving challenging problems and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships inservice requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations. Manages and monitors supplier quality delivery and financial performance.
- Leads the development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs.
- Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer program and commodity strategies.
- Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies. Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers customers and programs.
- Measures key performance indicators.
- Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Prepares reports.
- Reviews procurement/planning systems.
- Reviews schedules creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities.
- Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation.
- Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1 years of experience working in Supply Chain
- 1 years of experience in working with crossfunctional teams.
- 1 years of experience managing subcontracted efforts and supplier performance throughout the lifecycle.
- 1 years of experience working with customer and supplier requirements to support program deliveries (e.g. planned versus unplanned demand economic order quantity resource planning material type manufacture or purchase lead times)
- 1 years working with suppliers.
- 1 years of experience in leading complex opportunity capture and problem solving
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 1 year of experience sourcing objectives including supply base optimization enterprise leveraging supplier performance improvement and business considerations to develop the companys supplier base
- 1 years of experience building and using industry knowledge for planning and performance accomplishment. This includes knowledgeof competition and strategic partners.
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
