The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a FirstLine Manager Deputy Quality Management Representative (Level K) to join the 777 Quality team Everett Washington.
This leader will be a reliable and proficient professional who possesses the ability to work well with broad groups and collaborate across organizational boundaries. They can efficiently implement solutions in an everevolving environment by relying on problemsolving data and analysis to drive decisions. Transformational leadership skills are vital to form team engagement and lead quality team members in implementing key initiatives including One Boeing Production System Defect Reduction and Lean Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will exhibit resilience and tenacity in implementing improvements in an established and regulated production and quality system.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements engineering requirements company procedures and government regulations
Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports
Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in a productionrelated discipline such as Manufacturing Quality Production Engineering Supplier Management and/or Supplier Quality
1 years of experience in leadership or management role
1 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS)
1 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
Experience leading teams including crossfunctional teams
Experience in root cause analysis/systematic problem solving
