Working remotely and covering prison establishments across London our Head of Operations will be reporting directly into the Director of Operations. This crucial role will manage the onsite Education Managers to ensure delivery of the contract and all KPIs. They will identify challenges within the region which are directly impacting on the performance of the contract and develop solution focused action plans to overcome. The Head of Operations and Mobilization Manager will be required to take a handson approach to the implementation of impactful solutions involving colleagues and support services from across the PES Team as well as the wider organisation including Human Resources Quality Performance and Finance. This role will also support the recruitment and induction of new Education and Assistant Managers.
This role will a hybrid position requiring you to attend a minimum of 3 site visits a week covering all 8 prisons so ideally you will live in the London area.
