Were looking for bartenders who can provide a firstclass experience for our guests from making delicious alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to taking food orders and who enjoy a fastpaced teambased work environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Share the love for Big Als promos and help make every guests time here unforgettable.
- Run drinks serve up good vibes and keep the fun rolling.
- Take orders deliver food with a smile and handle payments like a pro.
- Keep things clean and sparklinglanes tables glasswareyou name it!
- Stock organize and mix drinks to perfection at the bar.
- Help with keg room duties and lift kegs with your teammates when needed.
- Stick to safety and alcohol rules to keep the party going strong.
- Lend a hand with opening closing and anything else that makes our team shine!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Someone with serving or bar experience who knows how to keep things smooth and guests happy.
- Experience with a POS System. Toast is a plus!
- Someone who is a people person friendly confident and great facetoface
- Firstclass level of guest service skills
- Team player vibes only were all in this together
- Someone who can handle sales transactions like a pro and know how to upsell fun
- Safety matters to you (and us!)
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications
- Must be available to work weekends nights and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older (must be 19 years or older in Idaho)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
