Job Description
Manager of Student Services Mother Theodore Catholic Academies
The Mother Theodore Catholic Academies (MTCA) is seeking a dedicated Catholic school leader to serve as the Manager of Student Services. MTCA is a consortium of three Archdiocesan centercity Indianapolis Catholic schools: Central Catholic School Holy Angels Catholic School and St. Philip Neri Catholic School. MTCA lives the mission of the Catholic Church by teaching serving and forming students in the heart of Indianapolis.
The Manager of Student Services collaborates with the Executive Director and building principals of the Mother Theodore Catholic Academies (MTCA) to advance Academic Excellence and Mission & Catholic Identity. This manager serves as the liaison with the publicschool corporations for government funding and oversees the support services for exceptional learners and for socialemotion wellness.
Applicants should be experienced educators with a deep commitment to serving students families and educators in urban Catholic schools. Applicants must be willing to foster the Churchs mission and belief in the importance of Catholic education as a tool for fostering human dignity and building a better society through the holistic development of students.
