Job Duties

  • Maintains close surveillance on all casino table activities from the catwalk or monitoring system.
  • Utilizes technical equipment to identify record and document illegal and unusual activities occurring in the table games slots casino cashier windows and cage areas.
  • Reports illegal and unusual activities to management and regulatory agencies.
  • Handles highly sensitive information in an extremely confidential manner.
  • Provides Family Style Service at all times.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Note: In accordance with NJAC 19:45 1.11 Individuals Employed in this position will sign an Acknowledgement form at the time of hire which will be maintain in their Personnel file.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred; advance education in law enforcement or criminal justice preferred.
  • Must successfully complete 80 hours of on the job surveillance training.
  • Prior experience in security or surveillance preferred.
  • Must have keen observation and reporting skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
  • Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to gaming operations as well as company and internal controls policies and procedures.
