BEAM Early Intervention is seeking a full time enthusiastic and passionate full time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CFY applicants welcome) to join our team. In this role you will provide home and/or communitybased services to infants toddlers and their families to enhance the childs growth and development. Key Responsibilities:Provide direct intervention services to the child/caregiver with a family coaching componentConduct developmental assessments as part of a team to identify delays/areas of needDevelop implement and review Individualized Family Service Plans tailored to each childs needsEducate and support families by providing strategies to promote development in everyday activitiesParticipate in therapeutic playgroups to support childrens participation in activitiesCollaborate with other professionals and provide consultations in area of expertiseMonitor and document progress toward child/family outcomesMaintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulationsQualifications:Masters level Speech and Language Pathologist with current Massachusetts licensure2 years experience working with young children with a focus on birth to threeAbility to work collaboratively with families caregivers and multidisciplinary teamsCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationValid drivers license and dependable transportationBenefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualificationsHealth dental life insurance etcGenerous time off and flexible schedulingSupportive and collaborative work environment
