The Sr. Manager of Network Engineering is responsible for leading and maturing the Global Network Engineering capability business at MKS Instruments (MKS). Ensuring the development and continuous improvement of the overall Engineering and Operations framework while leading both direct and matrixed engineers to deliver and execute on deliverables in collaboration with multiple stakeholders through the facilitation of targetstate designs current state assessments and facilitation of roadmaps to achieve business objectives. Position reports to the Director of Networking Services.
Accountable for business results primarily achieved through the work of others. Manages staff sets standards and direction and deploys resources. Has responsibility for employee development performance reviews pay reviews and staffing decisions. Accountable for business functional or operational areas processes or programs.

This position is Hybrid and must be within commutable distance to our location in Andover MA Rochester NY Broomfield CO Irvine CA or Beaverton OR.
Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $155k $175k per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position based on a wide range of factors including qualifications experience and training operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in an amount to be determined by MKS or as applicable.
