This position will be between San Antonio Buena Vida and River City.

Make a difference in your local community by connecting families and healthcare providers with quality care. Were seeking a motivated Area Marketer to represent our facility and build meaningful relationships that drive growth and awareness.
Your Impact as an Area Marketer
In this handson communityfocused role you will:
Develop and carry out marketing plans to increase facility visibility and census
Spend time each week building relationships with hospital discharge planners physicians senior centers and local service agencies
Represent the facility through public speaking engagements and healthrelated community events
Provide facility tours and assist prospective residents and families through the admissions process
Report weekly on marketing activity and progress
Support internal initiatives that strengthen community engagement
What Makes You a Great Fit
Were looking for someone who is:
Experienced in marketing public relations or community outreachpreferably in healthcare or senior services
A strong communicator confident in public speaking and interpersonal settings
Selfmotivated and able to work independently in the field
Consistently reliable and professional in attendance and conduct
Skilled at juggling multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Able and willing to travel locally as needed
