Primary Purpose:
To provide collaboration and coordination in the development and delivery of quality School Support Services to meet
the needs of Region 16 clients.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Communicates effectively to provide uptodate information to district/campus personnel regarding developments
initiatives and priorities at the state and federal level.
2. Assists district/campus personnel in improving student performance.
3. Assists districts with comprehensive needs assessments and Effective School Framework diagnostics based on student
performance data to determine leadership teacher culture curriculum and instructional needs.
4. Stays current with state and federal requirements related to accountability assessment and school improvement.
5. Provides professional development coaching technical assistance and resources to districts in Region 16 for the
purpose of increasing student achievement through accountability assessment and school improvement services.
6. Assists districts and campuses with accountability assessment and school improvement requirements and initiatives.
7. Assists district/campus personnel with DMAC (and/or other data disaggregation programs) needs and activities.
8. Provides training support and coaching to districts and campuses as necessary or required.
9. Serves as a valued team member of the ESC Accountability Assessment and School Improvement Team including
facilitation of the Wraparound Team.
10. Participates in professional development activities to maintain current knowledge of job description responsibilities.
11. Collaborates with the teams across the service center for the purpose of aligning district and campus improvement
efforts with Region 16 ESC services provided including meeting grant requirements.
12. Maintains a functioning cell phone and is accessible through this phone as deemed appropriate by the service area
director. A functioning cell phone means that it is charged activated messages checked and mailbox emptied
regularly.
13. Reports for work ready to perform responsibilities.
14. Performs duties that directly and/or indirectly impact student performance in Region 16.
15. Maintains a professional level of confidentiality regarding all ESC matters.
16. Supports the mission goals and objectives of the ESC strategic plan.
17. Upholds and adheres to safety rules and policies of the ESC safety program.
18. Performs professional responsibilities as required by ESC policies processes and procedures.
19. Manages time calendar and job responsibilities to meet deadlines.
20. Meets proficiency levels of required technology skills as outlined by supervisor.
21. Incorporates appropriate technology in daily work and exhibits continual growth in technologies as outlined by
supervisor.
22. Performs other duties as assigned.
