Job Title:Inventory Control Auditor
Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift Sunday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Inventory Control Auditor to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience strong math skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily audits of pick slots to ensure inventory accuracy
- Audit completed orders to verify correct pallet size product type and quantity
- Assemble/disassemble pallets during auditing process
- Identify and repair stray or damaged cases found in aisles
- Participate in rack relabeling projects as needed
- Accurately complete and submit audit documentation
- Communicate recurring issues from dock or retail audits to management
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong math skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; must tolerate physical activity including standing walking lifting and climbing stairs
- Must be pallet jack certified
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed due to operational demands
- Must be able to work in varied warehouse conditions (temperature ranges from 5F to 95F) and around equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for long periods
- Repeated lifting of products between 20100 lbs.
- Navigating a warehouse environment with possible exposure to loud machinery temperature fluctuations and moving equipment
