Locations: Ashland OH and Loudonville OH
Compensation: $80000 $120000 annually based on experience and performance
Schedule: FullTime Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Repair Execution: Perform repairs and calibrations as needed ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Customer Communication: Clearly explain diagnostic findings and repair recommendations to Service Advisors and customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Certifications: ASE Certification(s) preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and software.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Work Ethic: Detailoriented selfmotivated and committed to delivering highquality work.
