Job Summary:

The Associate Design Engineer designs develops builds and implements new components circuits products or technologies via Autocad Electrical/Eplan software. Project based workflow and execution. Design and creation of electrical communication switchgear control panel and automation schematics. Budget and projects timelines are key milestones to adhere to for a measure or rate of success.

What You Will Do:

• Designs modifies and implements CAD templates in the execution of project based schematic development.

• Research new components and competitive products. Organizes coordinates and executes the building testing and analysis of prototypes.

• Develops and documents functional requirements and translates into detail design documents. Participates in buybuild analysis for product components

• Previous experience with CAD Software:AutoCAD AutoCAD Electrical Autodesk Vaultand / or EPLAN

What Will Set You Apart:

• Bachelors degree in an accredited Engineering (electrical preferred) or Computer Science curriculum

• Switchgear control experience

• Utilities experience

Additional Information:

• This role sits at our facility in Alpharetta GA and does not provide relocation

• 10% or less travel expected
