Position Overview
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) the Sr Manager Enterprise Resilience will be responsible for implementing and managing resilience initiatives across McCormick ensuring our readiness to respond to disruptive events minimizing downtime and maintaining critical operations. Responsibilities include implementation and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including oversight and execution of the business impact analysis contingency planning and disaster recovery processes. The Sr Manager will also serve as a key partner with our IT and Operations teams advising on technology and infrastructure decisions to fortify the business and increase resilience. Additionally this role will be a key stakeholder in our incident and crisis management programs providing insight and recommendations to senior leadership as well as aligning and enacting appropriate recovery strategies.

Base Salary: $100870 $176480
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location skills education experience for this role and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormicks Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
