Short Description
Serve as the frontline contact person for all incoming patients.
Greet register schedule and provide general information to patients and/or their families.
Ensures that insurance information is verified copays are collected and that patient charts
are prepared in advance.
At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and
care in accordance with the Patients Bill of Rights.
Experience Required
Computer literate.
Excellent communication and customer service skill.
Some knowledge of medical insurances.
Knowledge of IDX helpful.
Experience in a medical environment strongly preferred
Education Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent
License/Certification Requirements
All incumbents must satisfactorily complete a Cooper IDX training program to include: Registration Scheduling ECommerce and FSC
