About the Role:
As a Dental Assistant youll work closely with the dentist to provide top-quality care to our patients. Youll assist with clinical procedures maintain a clean and prepared operatory and ensure each patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
This role supports both our Little Rock Geyer Springs and North Little Rock locations.
Clearly and calmly communicate treatment plans to patients and parents
Identify prior authorization requirements and ensure proper consent forms are completed
Monitor and support the comfort and safety of patients
Accurately document treatments using both electronic and paper records
Perform general housekeeping and restocking duties
Requires travel between our Geyer Springs Leap Kids clinic and our North Little Rock Leap Kids clinic.
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
Must have polishing and X-ray certification
CPR certification required
Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program
Prefer Bilingual Spanish
