About the Opportunity
As an Associate Engagement Manager your time will be divided as follows:
You will be part of a fastgrowing PEbacked business that allows highperforming employees to make an impact and contribute to growing the business. You will have the chance to channel your advanced degree into supporting the development and commercialisation of portfolios assets and brands by integrating therapeutic clinical and commercial expertise to ensure that clients are able to make confident decisions.
You will be responsible for supporting intelligence and insight engagements across our clients product and company life cycles and for growing revenue within existing accounts. As your clients will be global the Associate Engagement Manager position requires a thorough understanding of the evolving biopharmaceutical market and trends. Knowledge of drug development and commercialisation is also desirable.

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education experience training skills geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines.
