We are looking for two Billing Specialists to join our team in Leicester. The Billing specialists are responsible for invoice deviation management and this role involves working as part of the wider Billing Team Function dealing with all aspects of Construction and Service Billing to maximize billing potential whilst reducing risk.
On a typical day you will:
- Monitor automated billing activities
- Raise nonstandard invoices
- Ensure nonstandard billing rates are captured correctly
- Process invoice corrections in case of customer complains
- Work closely with other C2C colleagues to ensure low level of disputes
- Close relationship with branches to focus on timely and correct invoices
- Focus on quality of created invoices
- Follow specific complex local requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A strong administrative background including excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Finance background or similar experience handling invoices
- Experience working with larger ERP system
