About the role
You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage the delivery of riskbased financial and nonfinancial assurance and continuous improvement in accordance with relevant governance frameworks across four lines of assurance (Operational Systems Risk and Regulatory).
Reporting to the Chief Safeguarding & Quality Governance Officer you will lead a team of experts and provide organisationwide guidance on audit assurance and accreditation activity required to meet quality service practice standards policy legislative requirements and contracts.
To succeed in the position you will be described as a strong leader with dynamic problemsolving capability alongside the proven experience building strategic partnerships stewardship assurance taking an advisory approach. You will be able to influence through contemporary approaches alongside to reach outcomes in a large community sector organisation. You will have a strong understanding of law governance and legislation while understanding the nuances and complexities of human services.
