Business Development Specialist ABA Autism & Special Education
Location: Hybrid in Maryland with regional travel FullTime $85000$90000 base Bonuses

Were seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to lead strategic expansion and foster meaningful partnerships across new regions.
What Youll Do
Sales & Expansion Strategy
- Identify and grow new markets to meet revenue and growth goals
- Lead expansion into new statesincluding insurance contracts compliance and legal frameworks
- Support lease development and clinic openings from concept to launch
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze industry trends and market data to guide leadership decisions
- Identify new service opportunities in ABA Autism Early Intervention and Special Education
Partnership Building
- Establish and maintain partnerships with schools healthcare providers referral agencies and community organizations
- Attend conferences and events to build brand awareness and source opportunities
Client Engagement
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone email and social media
- Collaborate with marketing to craft tailored messaging that captures attention and builds rapport
- Serve as a trusted resource to families schools and providers
Performance & Reporting
- Track key metrics using CRM software (we use )
- Report performance data to leadership to support growth planning
What You Bring
- 35 years in business development ideally with a company earning $10M annually
- Experience in ABA Autism Early Childhood Services or Special Education strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Psychology Education or a related field (Masters a plus)
- Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to travel regionally for meetings and market expansion
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
