Job Description

Classification Title:

OPS Instructional Design Student Assistant

Job Description:

The Lastinger Center for Learning is looking for a Student Assistant for the Instructional Design Team. This individual will assist as needed for various projects throughout the center.

  • Support the Learning Experience Design (LXD) Team in developing educational materials
  • Assist with research organize files and provide feedback and suggestions to improve materials and designs
  • Help create content request forms for developing interactive content in H5P and the Brightspace Learning Management System
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Learning Management Systems Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

This position is timelimited.

Expected Salary:

$14/hour

Required Qualifications:
  • This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus are enrolled in courses and must maintain a 2.0 grade point average or higher.
Preferred:
  • A background in education is beneficial.
  • An eye for visual design is an advantage.
