Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the hiring process within our ATS for open positions while remaining compliant with all EEOC and OFCCP guidelines and recordkeeping requirements. This role will provide fullcycle recruitment of both exempt/nonexempt positions. Essential Duties
- Work closely with Hiring Manager(s) to:
- Conduct intake meetings and continue regular communication throughout the entire process
- Develop position profiles to understand overall needs and requirements
- Ensure each position meets company compensation guidelines as well as all applicable Federal and state laws
- Determine appropriate sourcing strategies for each position
- Educate hiring managers on the recruiting process and their involvement in the process
- Create comprehensive job descriptions based on the manager and Company specifications
- Recruit the most qualified candidates by:
- Use companyapproved recruitment sources
- Project Company needs and build strong applicant pools before a need arises
- Design creative and effective recruitment tools
- Partnering with the Human Resources team
- Select the most qualified candidates for interviews by:
- Understand industry standards to ensure that we are using the best practices
- Review all applicants and select candidates that will move forward in the interview process based on meeting preemployment requirements qualifications skills and abilities
- Perform phone interviews and reference checks.
- Keep accurate records of recruiting sources used and applicant log tracking.
- Solicit feedback to improve the hiring process reduce turnover and improve talent acquisition. Meet the performance metrics as defined by the Company.

Work Experience
- 25 years full cycle/high volume recruitment experience preferred or equivalent education and work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding Affirmative Action programs as outlined by the OFCCP
Education Certificates Licenses or Designations Bachelors Degree in human resources or related field preferred Specific Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ATS (applicant tracking system) and external job boards is necessary
Previous experience with HRIS preferred
