About the Role

Reporting to: Thomas Larkin Senior Director of US Agency

Location: Austin TX

Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 2 hours over 2 weeks.

About your Team

As a member of our highperforming Sales Team youll be part of a collaborative energetic and forwardthinking group dedicated to driving business growth. You will be a part of a collaborative sales culture dedicated to innovation and the development of its team members while maintaining a fun and rewarding environment.

What youll do at Adthena

As Agency BDR you will generate quality wellqualified new business leads and build existing and future relationships via discovery and demo calls. This individual will be familiar with different agency structures and how they operate and also comfortable communicating with all levels of individuals from graduates to Agency leads.

Youll be confident sharp and able to articulate complex ideas compellingly. Impeccable communication (presenting and listening) skills are key as well as the innate ability to multitask think outside the box and all with a great sense of humour.

The position will provide the opportunity to expand software sales skills and work with and learn from outstanding Senior Account Executives our Customer Team and of course the wider commercial teams.
