FullTime $40000 $90000/year (Salary PerformanceBased Incentives)

Chuck Nash Insurance Allstate is seeking a friendly selfmotivated and customerfocused Insurance Agent to join our growing team!
This hybrid role focuses primarily on customer service with opportunities to expand into sales and crossselling. If youre detailoriented love talking with people and thrive on building relationships we want to hear from you!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls walkins and online inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service on billing questions policy changes and insurance reviews
- Assist with endorsements policy renewals and retention efforts
- Crosssell policies and ask for referrals
- Keep accurate records and notes in our CRM system
- Educate clients on available coverage options and updates
What Were Looking For:
- Friendly bubbly and compassionate personality
- Highly selfmotivated with a go the extra mile attitude
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must demonstrate a coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
- Adapts well to rejection maintaining persistence and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a customercentric approach.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Insurance experience with a background in customer service and sales is a plus.
