Whats the opportunity
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Go to Market Systems Team. In this role youll work closely with partners from our Sales Marketing RevOps and engineering teams on building the systems that bring our Go To Market strategy to life. Were facing exciting scaling challenges as we look to build a world class GTM Systems ecosystem platform that helps in our mission to bring the leading AI Agent to market.
What will I be doing
- Partnering directly with stakeholders from across the business to shape the technical solutions to business problems.
- Design scalable and highperformance Go To Market systems that enable Intercom to build a world class Go To Market engine.
- Drive technical strategy and decisions ensuring solutions are scalable maintainable and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Grow your teams capacity by mentoring engineers and interviewing candidates. This is a chance to be an integral part of building and growing a team.
What skills do I need
- Proven track record of leading GTM Systems teams.
- Experience with Salesforce and the ecosystem of related tools.
- Experience building and growing high performance teams in a fast moving environment.
Bonus skills & attributes
- Experience with Snowflake or similar Data Warehouse
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ
- RevOps Sales Ops or Marketing Ops Experience

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $212750 $247250. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education skills experience location etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
