Job Description

SUBJECT: Teacher: Marketing Chapter 74 Vocational Education Program Doherty High (Anticipated)REPORTS TO: Building PrincipalPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (to be included along with other responsibilities)1 Responsible for the development and implementation of departmental curriculum objectives and competencies.2. Responsible for the integration of the departments curriculum where appropriate.3. Responsible for assuring equal educational opportunity to all individuals regardless of race color gender age religion national origin gender identity marital status sexual orientation disability or homelessness.4. Performance of other jobrelated duties as QUALIFICATIONS:1. Massachusetts DESE Chapter 74 teachers licensure in Marketing or ability to be licensed2. SEI Endorsement3. Bachelors Degree4. Evidence of mastery of a wide variety of teacher competencies and the understanding of instructional techniques.5. Three years of fulltime employment experience directly related to QUALIFICATIONS:1. Advanced educational preparation.2. Evidence of educational leadership.3. OSHA Trainer4. Evidence of good human relation skills.5. Demonstrated experience supporting students with special needs7. Ability to speak Albanian Arabic Nepali Portuguese Spanish Vietnamese or an African Language. 8.
