We are looking for a Regional Manager Revenue Growth to join Snap Incs Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization.
This role will act as a key conduit between Snaps global Revenue Growth team and regional sales teams funneling regional insights to inform global strategies while executing global programs tailored for the region. This person will lead and launch highgrowth initiatives to drive retentive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate brings experience owning revenue targets and leading gotomarket initiatives with a lens akin to driving productled growth. They will have a proven track record in problem solving scaling and leading growth initiatives. They will develop deploy and scale global programs that address the needs of SMCs.
What youll do:
Be the accountable owner for the execution and adoption of revenue growth programs at the regional level.
Become an expert in Snap advertising optimal solutions and Revenue Growth programs. Join sales calls and copitch those solutions with the regional sales teams.
In coordination with the global Revenue Growth team plan test and scale programs to grow adoption of business solutions across Snaps platform.
Present results market insights and regional recommendations based on program performance.
Drive communication and influence across the regional SMC sales teams and stakeholders.
Influence global crossfunctional teams including sales marketing operations data science and product to drive program execution.
Influence client business plans to ensure prioritization of relevant revenue programs.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Experience developing strategies and playbooks for launching new products or sales programs.
High comfort with and passion for datadriven decision making.
Proven track record of working across time zones and with teams across the globe.
Experience simplifying complexity and effectively communicating.
Ability to influence and drive change among partner teams and leadership in service of building new approaches and shifting the daily behaviors of a team.
Proficiency in presentation skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with sales teams and crossfunctional partners.
Selfmotivated and able to operate as a team of one within a respective region.
High energy and passion for working with sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
Substantial years experience in digital ad sales or revenue growth
Experience working directly with clients or digital ad sales teams
Proven track record in problem solving analytical thinking and driving strategies that are datadriven and peopleinformed
