Role Outline

You will be a resultsfocused senor digital lead on a mission to improve your clients digital maturity. Working across Roadside recovery Financial Services and FMCG beauty categories youll be client facing as part of the broader Planning & Client Leadership team sharing your strategic digital expertise with clients as well as your teammates. Great organisation a keen eye for detail a strong ambition for your clients as well as yourself and a passion for client servicing are critical.

  • Youllbe the lead digital client contact maintaininga strong working relationship andensuring we are continually considered as an extension of themarketing team
  • Youll understandyour clientscategory add valuewith your opinions and demonstrate an ability to make recommendations that will positively impact theirbusinesses
  • Youll deliver top notch attention to detail and accept delivering nothing less than top quality work
  • Youll have a strong grasp of both performance and brandled digital strategy and will bring experience of devising and delivering plans which have consistently delivered against both
  • Youll define the role for digital media channels within campaign strategies and be comfortable writing and presenting your recommendations
  • You will have a highlevel technical understanding of all digital channels from paid search and social through to programmatic and SEO. You will be comfortable discussing the advancements in and merits of all digital channels to a high level with clients without requiring specialist support.
  • Youll brief and coordinatespecialist teams to deliver cohesivefullyintegratedcrosschannelplans& clearly communicate to clients how the channels will work together
  • Youll have a sophisticated understanding on best practise measurement for digital channels and demonstrate this within your recommendation
  • Youll identify the opportunity for and devise effective test and learn strategies to prove out the validity of your planning recommendations
  • Youll understand and introducenew trends and media opportunities to clients and implement them across your plans
  • Youll ensure the digital account is run smoothly understanding and practising the digital account management processes required to maintain optimum effectiveness
  • Youll contribute to the overall upskilling of digital knowledge across the broader team and contribute to the learning and development of the Planning Executive
  • Youll contribute to beyond client work such as crossagency digital collective ways of working as well as new business pitches outside of the day to day bringing your digital expertise and passion for the future of media to the fore
