As Assistant Venue Manager youll play a crucial role in the daytoday operations of our iconic venue working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Essential requirements:
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Strong experience working in a gaming venue
- Knowledge of TAB and wagering
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies procedures and standards are current effective and clearly communicated
- Current RSA RSG RMLV & Approved Managers license
- CLO Desirable not necessary
